The "M series (MPZ)" uses the PSA method to concentrate oxygen gas from the air, serving as a raw material for ozone gas, significantly reducing the generation of NOx gas (toxic). By adopting a multi-layout package, it is possible to select the orientation of the panel surface and exhaust duct according to the installation location.
